REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS

Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract

The Perry County Health Department is requesting qualifications and proposals (RFQP) for a guaranteed energy savings contract. Location of contract will be for 406 N. Spring St. in Perryville, Missouri for the building currently housing the Perry County Health Department, Community Counseling Center, and the County Emergency Management Office.  RFQPs will be accepted by the Health Department Director, Liz House, until Monday, June 20, 2022 at 4:30 pm. RFQPs will be reviewed during the Perry County Health Department Board of Trustees meeting held on June 21, 2022.

Specifications of this RFQP are available upon request, at no charge, from the Perry County Health Department’s Director and can be obtained by emailing liz.house@lpha.mo.gov or calling 573-547-6564.
